CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - He may be only a sophomore, but Kenney’s Reid Hall is one of the best golfers in the state. Hall is averaging 72 for 18 holes and has won four tournaments this year, including the big one at Cedar Rapids Country Club.
